About the Villa

Our Villa has three separate fun packed suites each with private terrace, separate gas BBQs, fabulous views of the ocean, breathtaking sunsets over the canal, mountains, the Grand Bay Hotel and the private swimming pool. From every angle you will see,water,mountains and enjoy privacy with unobstructed views and has water on two of three sides.

Rent our entire Villa or rent each suite separately.

Together it will accommodate 11or 12 people. Each suite comes with the use of the private dock, out door kitchen, pool and palapa. .

There is secured parking inside the gate. Upon your arrival you will find refreshments in the fridge and morning coffee (Dec through March)

Every morning you can enjoy fresh baking delivered to your private dock by our local baker! Watch the lights sparkle from the Grand Bay from evey window and wake up to have your morning coffee steps away from the local fisherman in their boats going by on the seaway or catch your own small snapper,snook and baracuda right off the dock.
If you like to cook all  four kitchens are well equipt as well as the fabulous out door bbq and kitchen.
Spend your afternoons relaxing in the shade of the palapa, swaying in your hammock or enjoy your favorite beverage from the built-in bar overlooking the canal. How about a pedicure,manicure or masaje right in your own suite? Sun bath on the terrace with a tropical breeze or float on the arm chairs in in your pool. Enjoy a traditional Mexican dinner cooked for you by locals along with other guests or take a sunset cruise or snorkeling tour in our private ponga. This vacation paradise is walking distance to all the shops,eateries and beach,no need to rent a car,It is all at your finger tips.

The Penthouse (Sleeps 4 people in beds,another 2 on the king size sofa)
Suite Information

The Penthouse suite stands alone and is separated from the other suites by the palapa. Our newest two bedroom, two bathroom Penthouse suite is perfect for two couples and can accommodate one to two people on the sofa that makes into a kingsize bed. It has a full gourmet kitchen, rotisserie oven, dishwasher indoor/outdoor built in BBQ and a huge covered private uncovered and covered deck.

The dining room doors open wide onto the deck and a million dollar view. The livingroom has a king sofa bed and the master suite has a king size bed(or 2 single) and there are shutters that open out to the views.The other bedroom has a queen bed and views above the villa to the pool,palapa,ater and out door kitchen.The master bathroom is located between both bedrooms and the other full bathroom is located off the kichen.

It has the one of the best views in Barra of mountains, ocean and the town. Like the other suites, it comes with everything needed for a perfect vacation!

During our low season,we offer optional air conditioning in each of our suites (May 1st to Dec 1st) If you would like air conditioning in the Premiere or Junior suites, add another $12 per day. Air conditioning in the Penthouse is $15 a day June to Dec 15th

Our Premiere Suite || 1 Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 3 - 4 people)
Suite Information

Our one bedroom Premiere suite comes complete with deluxe pillow top king-sized bed or 2 singles in the bedroom(what ever your preference)convertable sofa  Queen bed or 2 singles in living room.The bedroom has accordion folding doors for privacy which allows for view when opened. The kitchen is done in Mexican decor with beautiful stained glass and has an island in the center.

The entire villa has sliding doors that open wide in the front for a spectacular view of the terrace and pool as well as boaters in the canal, fisherman and the famous Grand Bay Hotel.

The Priemere suite comes with the use of the outdoor kitchen with built in gas BBQ and separate bathroom, shower, palapa and private swimming pool with huge terrace with a private sitting area, perfect for entertaining. We have added security gates for your complete privacy.

Junior Suite || (Sleeps 2 people)
Suite Information

Our Mexican Vacation home features a Junior suite with a deluxe pillow top king-sized bed or 2 singles (whatever your preference). Our Junior suite also has a kitchenette, bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower and is wheelchair friendly.This suite is situated behind huge accordion doors that open wide to the pool and palapa and spectacular views everywhere. Rented together with the Premiere suite it can accommodate up to 7 people. Contact us for info on our promotions for Christmas weeks.

The Mexican Villa rental also allows you to use all the amenities and is located next to the outdoor kitchen.
